The cuisine is deeply connected to the region and the seasons, complemented by an impressive wine list featuring at least 1,000 labels and a selection of fine olive oils.
“I found my way to cooking by chance, almost by mistake,” Vincenzo shares with a shy smile that reveals his young age.
“I decided to work at a restaurant during the summer break after middle school. At first, they hired me as a waiter, then I moved to washing dishes, and within a month, I was promoted to kitchen assistant. I loved that world so much that by the end of summer, I decided to enroll in the hospitality school in Modica, abandoning my previous dream of attending art school.”
